The Secret Garden Day Spa is one of the most unique spas in Europe. The interior of the beautiful eclectic building is a real enchanted Baroque garden, where you can relax under magnificent fountains and huge palm trees.
Sitting in the whirlpool, affords a stunning view of the palace’s full facade and hundreds of candles of crystal chandeliers.
The Secret Garden Day Spa has a Finnish sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi. The Spa offers a range of body treatments and massages.
Moreover, the luxury spa includes a gym for physical exercise.
SECRET GARDEN DAY SPA HOUSE RULES
1. The fitness room is available to our guests from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
2. For our guests who do not have a hotel room, we provide access to the entire area of the SPA from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
3. Children under the age of 14 cannot use the SPA services unless accompanied by an adult.
4. The entire SPA area must be vacated by 9:00 p.m.!
5. For our external guests, upon purchase and presentation of the entrance ticket, we provide the following for a deposit of HUF 5,000 or EUR 15. 1 locker key for the dressing room, 1 large towel, 1 pair of slippers and a robe per person. Before leaving, the used towel and robe, as well as 1 locker key, must be handed over to the SPA receptionist in exchange for the deposit money.
6. Please keep your locker key safe during your stay; a replacement fee of HUF 8,000 applies.”
7. A safe is available at the SPA reception. The hotel assumes no responsibility for valuables placed in the lockers.
8. The SPA accommodates a maximum of 12 guests at a time, the jacuzzi a maximum of 5 guests at a time, the sauna a maximum of 8 guests at a time and the steam bath is a maximum of 6 guests at a time. In the event of a full house, the needs of those waiting will be met in order of arrival. Hostel guests have priority.
9. Everyone can use the jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and the fitness room only at their own risk!
10. MANDATORY:
• Using the showers– especially before entering the jacuzzi, sauna, or steam bath! Swimwear/swimming shorts in the SPA area!
• Using towels on the bench in the sauna and in the steam bath!
11. PROHIBITED:
• Smoking in the entire SPA area!
• Bringing fragile items, such as glass, into the SPA and fitness area!
• Bringing animals into the SPA area!
• Wearing street shoes in the jacuzzi and fitness room!
• While using the SPA, wearing the slippers and robe used in the SPA – for health reasons –going outside (e.g. to smoke) and then returning to the SPA!
• Jumping into the jacuzzi, splashing, playing ball, making loud noise!
• Staying in the SPA while under the influence of alcohol or other mind-altering substances!
• Allowing children under the age of 3 - for health reasons - into the jacuzzi! Under the age of 3 - for health reasons - it is not recommended to use the sauna and the steam bath!
• Using the jacuzzi while having an infectious skin condition, open wound, or recent surgical scar!
• Using the fitness room under the age of 14 – only permitted with parental supervision!
• In the sauna, using any water other than the one in a sauna bucket and to use own oil or aromas products, or to pour them into the heater!
12. Food and drink can only be consumed in the designated area!
13. You can enter the sauna without slippers, after a preliminary shower!
14. The fitness room can only be used in compliance with the rules posted there.
15. Guests with circulatory or respiratory conditions (varicose vain, coronary heart disease, asthma, etc.), women during menstruation or people with open wounds are advised not to use the sauna or jacuzzi.
16. Please take care of the order of the SPA and take care of each other's physical health.
17. Violation of the rules of the policy may result in the suspension of the stay, but we cannot refund the price. In the case of hotel guests, we can ask the guest to leave.
18. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide compensation for lost time due to the maintenance of the wellness department.
