The Secret Garden Day Spa is one of the most unique spas in Europe. The interior of the beautiful eclectic building is a real enchanted Baroque garden, where you can relax under magnificent fountains and huge palm trees.
Sitting in the whirlpool, affords a stunning view of the palace’s full facade and hundreds of candles of crystal chandeliers.
The Secret Garden Day Spa has a Finnish sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi. The Spa offers a range of body treatments and massages.
Moreover, the luxury spa includes a gym for physical exercise.
SECRET GARDEN DAY SPA HOUSE RULES
1. The fitness room is available to our guests from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
2. For our guests who do not have a hotel room, we provide access to the entire area of the SPA from 12:00 to 20:00.
3. Children under the age of 14 cannot use the SPA services unless accompanied by an adult.
4. The entire SPA area must be vacated by 10:00 p.m.!
5. For our external guests, upon purchase and presentation of the entrance ticket, we provide the following against a deposit, which can only be personal items, not cash. 1 locker key for the dressing room, 1 large towel, 1 pair of slippers and a robe per person. Before leaving, the used towel and robe, as well as 1 locker key, must be handed over to the SPA receptionist in exchange for a personal item.
6. Please keep the locker key during your stay, because we charge HUF 8,000 for replacing it.
7. A safe is available at the SPA reception. The hotel assumes no responsibility for valuables placed in the lockers.
8. The capacity of the SPA is 12 people, the capacity of the jacuzzi is 5 people at once. In the event of a full house, the needs of those waiting will be met in order of arrival. Hostel guests have priority.
9. Everyone can use the jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, fitness room and sun terrace only at their own risk!
10. Before using the jacuzzi, please use the showers and foot disinfectant. The jacuzzi can only be used in swimwear.
11. You can enter the sauna without slippers, after a preliminary shower, the use of a towel/sheet on the sauna bench is mandatory!
12. Shaving in the sauna is not allowed because it poses a health risk.
13. Swimwear/swimming shorts are mandatory in the jacuzzi, and technical clothing for water sports is also allowed, e.g. surf T-shirt.
14. The fitness room can only be used in compliance with the rules posted there.
15. Food and drink can only be consumed in the designated area.
16. PROHIBITED:
1. smoking in the entire SPA area,
2. bring a fragile object into the SPA and fitness area, e.g. a glass
3. bringing animals into the SPA area,
4. wearing street shoes in the jacuzzi and fitness room,
5. jumping into the jacuzzi, splashing, playing ball, making noise.
6. Allowing children under 2 years of age - for health reasons - into the jacuzzi (except in special swimming diapers)
7. use the jacuzzi with an infectious skin disease or open skin injury.
8. use of the fitness room for persons under 14 years of age.
17. Please take care of the order of the SPA and take care of each other's physical health.
18. Violation of the rules of the policy may result in the suspension of the stay, but we cannot refund the price. In the case of hotel guests, we can ask the guest to leave.
19. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide compensation for lost time due to the maintenance of the wellness department.
